VENDOR REGISTRATION FEES

Per Vendor Space

Approx. 10’x10’ on grounds, the vendor provides all tables, chairs, tents.

Business: $400 / Non-profit Organization: $100

Rental of a table under a Pride Center Tent: ADDITIONAL $50 (approx. 6’x6’, 1 table and 2 chairs provided)

ALL fees (registration and rental) are due with your registration form)

Registration Checklist:

1.  Fill out the registration form COMPLETELY.

2. Sign and return the policies and procedures.

3.. Submit a thorough description of your booth set up, merchandise for sale, information that you will present and means of presentation, giveaway items, and all other details of your exhibit.

CAPITAL PRIDE FESTIVAL VENDOR

SUNDAY, JUNE 10, 2018

Festival Noon-5pm


• The Capital PRIDE Festival will be held on Sunday, June 10th, there is no rain date and there will be no refunds.
• Vendor Check-in is at 10:00 AM.
• The exhibitor locations will be determined in advance
• Premium locations reserved for Sponsors.
• Your exhibitor location will be given to you when you check in.
• All vehicles MUST be removed from the festival grounds by 11:00 AM.
• Complete loading instructions will be provided in your confirmation.
• There will be no parking on the festival grounds or park paths unless a vehicle is part of your exhibit and is noted on your registration form.
• All exhibitors must supply their own set-up.
• If preferred, a vendor booth under a Pride Center tent, including 1 table and 2 chairs, is available for an additional fee, on a first-come, first-served basis.
• All vendors must supply their own power. No electricity will be provided. All generators must be insulated and quiet running.
• Vendors may not have music or sound systems at their booths.
• Vendors may not sell any food or beverages without Pride Center approval and proper permits.
• All exhibitors must clean up and dispose of their own trash in appropriate containers.
• Vendors must have their booth cleared and off the festival grounds by 6:00 PM.
• There is NO exclusivity of vendors guaranteed at Capital PRIDE.
• All tablespaces under Pride Center tents will be approximately 6’ by 6’, others will be approximate 10x10
